If he's so against it, why did you accept it unless you did something wrong? Because it's not working out, that's why. Right? Yes. The guy's a total dirtbag, and I hope he goes down big time. Yes. Seriously. And, well, all of them, they just. Yeah, they just don't stop. No. Then they're trying to push it, push it, push. They. They cannot believe that everything that they've dumped on Trump has backfired, has gotten him elected even bigger this time. They can't believe that the public actually is smart enough to see through all this, basically what it is. And he. He's just trying every string, straw, pulley he can to try to get, you know, Pandora's box lid closed. Because it's. It's open. Wide open. Yeah. to Pod pinions, where the world's on fire and we show up like it's a backyard barbecue. Politicians Roasted, woke, Trends Torch, Common sense. We got you covered. Hey, everybody. Welcome back to Pod pinions. Another episode on the way 17. Can you believe it? I'm Bruce. I'm rich. Welcome back. Oh, man. I just. I still can't believe it. And we're getting, like, lots of feedback. Yeah. People are watching us on YouTube, Spotify, Rumble. Where else? I heart just coffee shop that I stop at all the time. Pandora. Somebody come in, said they're listen to it on the way down there or wherever they were. Pandora. Yep. Apple, Apple something or other. Yeah, Apple, Apple podcast. Cool. We're all over the place. Just look up at Pod pinions. YouTube is @Pod pinions Official, so I didn't get that switched over yet. So. Podpinions.com. Yeah. And list all of them. Yep. So thanks for all the comments. So if you can't watch the video, at least you're gonna listen to us on some of the channels that don't need video. Turn it on when you're driving, commuting, listen to the Pod pinions. Absolutely. Make sure you let us know yours. Yeah, we want to hear your Pod pinions. Yeah, exactly. And eventually we're gonna have some guests working on some merch, so we're getting out there. Yeah, we. We. First we got to get a crew. What crew? This is it. This is it. This is it. This is as good as it gets. Editing the setup, the tear down. We're actually. We're actually website building, connecting all the. Connecting all The Rumbles and YouTubes and Spotify's and all that. So I got. I got a. A call from a. A very dear friend of mine. I went in high school with. And he watches religiously. And he said, you know, this reminds me of when we used to hang out in the diner until six o' clock in the morning. You guys should get a diner booth. So guess what we're trying to get. Yeah, a diner booth. That'll be our little setup. That way we can have, you know, coffee. Coffee. I mean, I got my coffee now, but with real mugs. Yeah. Because here I'm drinking. Drinking more. Microplastics. Microplastics. There, nice and hot. Unbelievable. Yeah, nice hot Styrofoam microplastics. However, I have a mug. We'll have pot pinion mugs. Yes, exactly. Soon. Yep. But speaking of like bad stuff to ingest. Yes. You were on the surge again from the last episode. I know you've been on a terror. To find believable things. So today the FDA issued a warning. Now, we've been talking about drugs in the drinking water, you know, pharmaceuticals. We've been talking about microplastics that we're ingesting all this stuff. All this stuff. So now the FDA issued a warning today about radioactive shrimp bound for Walmart detected at major U.S. ports. So the FDA issued a do not eat duh or cell advisory. It's like, how stupid can you be? You just like confiscate all these shrimp and then that's just a. Just a. It's just a low glo. It's a. It's like on the dimmer. You gotta want, you know, you gotta wonder sometimes though, like, do they really think that? Well, I guess, yeah, they do think people are stupid. Yeah. Well, they've been covering up for so long. I mean, it's out of control, obviously. Right? Yeah. I mean, microplastics, drugs, radioactive shrimp. I mean, how much they caught, but how much has gotten through? Oh, man, forget about it. You know, who knows? And like I talked about last episode, you know, the cancer drugs, you know, that's going into the water and it's. It's all over the place. So. So anyhow, U.S. customs and Border Protection, CBP alerted the FDA to the detection of CS137 contamination in the shipping containers and frozen shrimp products processed in Indonesia. They found them at four U.S. ports, including Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Savannah, Georgia. And they collected multiple samples for radion nuclei analysis, confirming CS137 and one sample of breaded shrimp. So the shrimp supplier, PT Bahari something or other, aka BMS Foods, was added to the red list, meaning its products cannot be sold in the US until the issue is resolved. So evidently they found the shrimp bound for Walmart in shipping containers, I guess on a regular customs inspection. And you know, the real question is what's happening over there that's causing that to get into the food supply? And then the people there, I mean, do they know? Probably not. You know, I mean, we're talking about a third world country. Do you think their governments are telling them what's going on? Probably not. Right. And even, even the companies that are run by the government, because there's no like private companies over there, they're all affiliated with the government somehow because that way the government keep their thumb on them. So my question is, why aren't we getting the shrimp from the Gulf of America? Good question. I mean, there's Gulf shrimp. Mm. Well, maybe, maybe we sell it. Maybe they're eating the good stuff and we're getting in the bad stuff. I don't know. I don't know. So it's all money. So. But this is kind of scary really if you think about it. So Walmart allegedly received the potentially contaminated raw frozen shrimp that was imported after the date of first detection by CBP, but from shipments that did not alert for CS137, according to the release. So the agency added, is working with Indonesian seafood regulatory authorities to investigate the root cause of the contamination. And how many people actually realize that are listening, know that their local Walmart is getting the shrimp from Indonesia? Well, it should be on the package, I would think. You would think. But how many people read the package of where it came from? I do. Do you? Oh, absolutely. Well, yeah, you. And then I've got that really cool app on my phone called Yucca. Oh, that's right. Yes, I did download that. This one is, it's really cool. It just depresses me though. So it is, it is depressing. But because the, the vegetable that's going to be, you know, supposed to be good for you, organic. Now I'm finding out it's full of, you know, hormones and, and pesticides, pesticides, antibiotics and everything that's in the water that they're, that's, that's another thing. All these hydro grown plants. Oh, I didn't, we didn't even. This was in the last episode we were talking about all the pharmaceuticals that are getting in the drinking water because they're not getting filtered out at the processing plants, the water processing. So now the big thing is, you know, they have these basically factories that they grow the plants inside and the roots are just suspended in running water. And the running Water has all kinds of stuff in it now. Fentanyl and everything else. Right. Bl. Fentanyl sandwich. Yeah. But, yeah, I mean, they were finding. They were finding. What was it? Oxycodone in clams offshore. Kind of scary. Oh, yeah, absolutely. So now here we have Glow in the Dark shrimp from Indonesia that are being sold at local Walmarts. So they're having a recall. So the FDA officials said consumers should not eat or serve great value raw frozen shrimp from Walmart. And the lot numbers are 800-554-0-01. 800-55381. And the last one is 800-55391. But that getting back to that yucca thing, that app. Yep. It scans. You go to the store, you're shopping, and you can scan the barcode of whatever product you're buying and it'll show you all the bad stuff, all the good stuff that's in that product, and all the health risks. It's pretty cool. It's very cool. It's scary. It's spelled a little different, right. Y U K A is why. Y U K A. Correct. And the thing is, looks like a little carrot in the. I have an iPhone, so. In the iPhone store, you know, not the. The app Store. The app store. Right, right. But it's a great little app. I mean, it's kind of creepy, too. I mean, I went through the refrigerator at home and I'm like scanning barcodes on stuff and it's like, oh, man, I can't believe I ate that. It's like, that can't be good for you. Now he's cutting off bark on the tree outside. Yeah, Right after you threw it out. Seriously, like, if you think about it, like. Like salad dressing. Yeah, right. Whatever. Whatever brand. And one of them that I love, I scanned a barcode on this thing and it's like, I will never eat that again. So what's the moral of the story? Everything that they're trying to get everybody up in arms about and talking about and fighting about and all this stuff that's in the news and they're shoving it down everybody's throat and all this stuff is going. Going on. Yeah, that's. That's really amazing. It's. It's just. Look over here. Yeah. Like the, the last episode we were talking about all those pharmaceuticals in. In the drinking water and, you know, in fish and everything else. Yeah. Nobody's nothing. And all these agencies that are supposed to be protecting us. Right. Crickets. What are they doing? I don't know now this, but they're getting a paycheck. This was. I mean, I found this by accident. No. Right, yeah, it's just by accident. So I mean, hopefully this will come out, you know, and be all over the place because that's dangerous. But it's just one thing. I mean, obviously, like I said, how much has gone through before they actually caught it? Thank goodness they caught it. But what, are they going to investigate it or are they going to make sure that the, the plant around, wherever this is, isn't supplying other things too? That, you know, I'm sure they are. But according to this, that they're not allowed to sell anything until they get to the bottom of it. Right. Not allowed to sell anything to us. But what about all the other countries that are? Oh yeah. You think like some third world, you know, country in Africa is going to care? It's just crazy. It really is. It's. It's, it's. Okay, well, cut it off and they're going to sell it to somebody else because they're not going to eat it or you know, the profits. Right? They're not going to. It's just all the employees are going out with bags of stuff. Hey, Trip. Dinner tonight. So we can light up the room with it. But hey. Yeah. So I don't know. Better than the candle at dinner. Yeah. How romantic. Your shrimp is glowing green. No batteries to throw away in a dumpster. That's right. Can you imagine though, that's. It's scary. I mean, well, I really wonder what. It would be cool just to transport back into maybe the 1800s and have a head of lettuce or. And see what it tastes like, what. It tasted like compared to what we have now, a steak or shrimp or something. You know, it'd be. Be pretty amazing just to see because like I said with the one episode with the ketchup, you know, I just buy that sugar free stuff now. I gotta try that. No, no sugar added stuff because that's how I remember it tasting. I don't. I haven't seen it anywhere. But then again, I haven't really looked. It's kind of on a low shelf. Of course they're hiding it. Yeah, right. Because it's non addictive. Right. Doesn't have like 9 billion pounds of. Sugar until you get sick of it and you don't buy any of it. Make your own. I did that last year actually. I had so many tomatoes. I made, I made tomato sauce and I made some ketchup. It was actually kind of Fun doing it. Yeah. And it tasted completely different. Yeah, I'm sure it does. I'm sure it does. It was great. I doubt I haven't made. Made other things, but I haven't made ketchup. Yeah, it was fun. Made mayo once. Did you really? Yeah. Yeah. How do you do that? It's oil and mayonnaise. Yeah. Basically it's a lot of oil, depending on what kind of oil. Now with all the. Are you using seed oil? Not at the time. I was not. No. I was conscious. So it tasted a little different. I don't remember what. What one I used, but I don't know if it was like a. An avocado oil or. Okay. Something like that, so. But did it turn out okay? Yeah, it was all right. I mean, doesn't taste like the Hellman's. Hellman's, you know, that's all full of stuff now. That's one of the ones on Yucca. But even. Warning, warning. I was just talking to somebody a couple weeks ago about that, and they brought up, you know, I. I always grew up on Hellman's and that it, to me, it just doesn't taste the same as it used to. I don't think it does, no. Because it's got all this additives and chemicals and stuff in it. I remember my mom worked for Nabisco, and at the world headquarters in East Hanover, New Jersey, which no longer exists, they ripped it down and built condos. And it kind of sad, but her office was right down the hall from the test kitchen. So we'd always get. She'd always bring home samples, new product. Right, Right. And she, My dad and I were big Oreo fans. Right. So I was in high school, and she brings these Oreos home and she goes, look, they. They changed. They changed their recipe. They want to know they're giving out samples to everybody. They want honest feedback. Well, my old man and I bit into one of these things and it was absolutely disgusting. They changed. I don't know, they changed like two ingredients and went with something cheaper. And it was horrible. I mean, horrible. Right? Yeah. Well, they put them out for a while and then everybody guess. Complained. I mean, all the employees complained. Yeah. I mean, they don't even appeal to me anymore. And maybe they just went ahead and slowly integrated it, but I, I even those. I don't remember them tasting the same. As growing up different. You know, it's like Coca Cola. Remember when they changed. Oh, yeah. The new Coke, which bombed. Yeah. Then they went back to the old Coke and now they're making it with real sugar. Real sugar? Yeah. Can you believe this? Why not? They go back to glass bottles. That would be awesome. That'd be great. Because it tastes completely different on a glass bottle. You can buy it. I've seen it in the store. They have the little itty bitty mini ones. Pepsi and Coke are putting them out. Okay. So I haven't tried them yet. Yeah. Because I've kind of cut. They're always a little more fizzy, too. Yeah, yeah. Cut out soda from my diet. Yeah. Yeah. I've not been a big soda drinker in a long time, which is a good. Water, water, water. But now you really want to drink water now? Gonna be addicted to drugs here, Right? Between. Between the oxycodone and your clams and fentanyl in your drinking water and hormones. I'm gonna start wearing lipstick, eyeliner. Oh, no. Bruce drank too much water. Gotta get one of those. What's his. What's his name? The. The border guy. Oh, Tom Holman. No, the last administration. Get them comb over. Comb over. Eyebrows. Scary. So you're. You're my favorite person. Adam Schiff. Yes. I love the way his eyes bolt. We look like somebody's behind him, got him by the scruff of the neck. Or there's a string just pulling string. I had a puppet when I was a kid. You pull the strings and, like, the eyes would come out or the. You know, pick up like a kitten or a puppy. Like the. Right. And the eyes are like. Well, he. He just launched a legal defense fund because he's. Yes. For himself. Really? Yes. Because he says Trump is weaponizing the. Justice Department, taking away his democracy. Right. Are you kidding me? Talk about weaponizing the Justice Department. What did he do for all those years? And he swore he saw the evidence about the Russia stuff. We're still waiting. And he's still screaming, Russia, Russia, Russia. Yeah. They've never produced any documents, right? No. There's no proof of anything. It's just been. Well, it's so secret, we have to keep it away from the public. But there's nothing. But it's an empty jar. It's an empty Hellman's jar from the 50s. Yeah. So he launched. So he registered with the IRS for the legal defense fund. What? The guy's a millionaire. What the hell does he need a legal defense fund for? Well, apparently, he feels he needs a good defense. Apparently. If he didn't do anything wrong, why would you be worried about it? Well, he's being investigated for mortgage fraud. He's being investigated for all this bullshit that he came out with about Trump. Pardon my language. Well, don't pardon it. Yeah. This is like real guys talking real stuff. Unfiltered, right there. No filter, loud thoughts. Opinions. So he's saying that the legal Fund, dubbed the Senator Shifts Legal Defense Fund is. Well, he came under fire again in August when documents released to Congress by the FBI Director, Cash Patel, reported that a Democratic whistleblower fingered him in this whole Russiagate thing, that he was the leaker. But he still hasn't shown us the documents that he saw, that now, beyond. A shadow of a doubt, they didn't exist. But now he's saying the. The whistleblower is wrong. Correct? Yeah, that's what he's saying. Right. The whistleblower is making it up. And they have documents showing emails and different things that he was behind. Hasn't produced any documents. 0. Confirming his allegations about the Russia hoax. No. And it goes back to 2017. The FBI. Right. For 10 years, this guy was doing this trying to get Trump. So since 2017. Right. Well, actually before that. But 2017 is when this stuff came out and I guess got swept under the carpet somehow. And he's denying the allegations. And he also condemned the prospect of Biden doling out the preemptive pardons as unnecessary and setting a bad precedent. Ah, okay. So he didn't deny getting it. He didn't. He didn't say no. He said the precedent of giving blanket pardons, preemptive blanket pardons on the way out of an administration, I think is a precedent we don't want to set. He added he should put the president's auto pen. Yeah, right. But here's my thing with this. Right. So he's against the preemptive pardon. Why did he accept it? He could have said no. Absolutely. He could have said, this doesn't look right. This looks like a mechanical writing instrument. But why even accept. Period? I'm just saying. Yeah. My question is, did they have a grand jury yet to investigate this or not? I don't believe so. But he also. Positive. He also. Maybe the mortgage stuff is. But I don't know that they announced that. Okay. Did he lose his. His secret clearance like some of the other ones? No, I don't believe so. Because he's still a senator. Right? Well, that doesn't mean anything. No, but I don't. I think pretty much everybody well known anyway has been out of office that they've stopped. Right. Okay. And I think that my Pod pinion is because they're investigating and they know if you're doing this, you're going to go to your sources within the government to try to keep this going, which is if they're watching now, now they have a trail. So I think they've let the rope. Out and he's going to be hanging himself. Let, let all these people take, take the, the slack up. And they're gonna, they're. They're watching. They have to be watching. I hope so. And I also did see another. Now, from what I read, it seemed like it was released. I don't remember if it was Tulsi or who exactly did it now, but just talking about this, I just remember reading about Hillary Clinton. The reason Adam Shift is like dead set on ending Trump was because he was promised like CIA director or FBI director had won. He was in. They had already kind of sealed the deal on that and he missed it. So that would be kind of along the lines why he's so adamant about having secret files and top secret and because he must have had his eye on the, the head seat of some. The Gold Ring organization that does that stuff sort of thing. So not happening. No, not in this lifetime. No. And just you just look back at the struck and Page and all this stuff and Pelosi coming out and you know, the Democrats doing that walk in the. Oh, my God, that was ridiculous. Take taking the impeachment papers from the House to the Senate. That was ridiculous. This is such a, you know, we feel so bad that this has to happen. No, they weren't. It's all made up. It's all nonsense. Twice. Not once. Twice. Washington D.C. the reality TV show. Do you remember when they were kneeling in the rotunda? Oh, yeah. And then they couldn't get up. Yeah, that was a. That was a. Yes, I do remember. That was priceless. Nancy Pelosi couldn't get up. She had to be helped up. I still like the bus thing with her. Oh, that was priceless. Sitting there, idling, could see the steam coming out. Oh, man. Now they're all screaming and yelling about illegal aliens. They keep calling them migrants. So today, guess what happened. So remind me about the migrants and go ahead. But when we get done, remind me about the migrants and the definition and that sort of thing. Well, no, do that now. So I was watching somebody that had a great analogy of people coming to this country. In the beginning, they were settlers. They didn't have anything except their own hands, their mind. They had the homestead. They had to create something. They had to create food. They had to find food. And to steal all the land from the Native Americans. So that's the argument. Right, exactly. But they didn't have any help. It was basically themselves, whether it was a group, colony, whatever it was, they had to provide for themselves. Whereas immigrants, whether it be legal or illegal, when they're coming into a country that's already functioning, there's help. They don't have to build their cabin and you know, find food for the winter. And it's, it's completely different. So for people to say, oh, these people, you know, they need all this help to survive because now we have the means to do that, it may not be necessarily wrong to want to help these people, but they're not the same people as people coming here originally. Because they'll say, you know, back then when people came into this country, well. When they walked across the Bering Strait, it was frozen. Right. But they had to create everything from scratch. Right. Whereas now immigrants, legal, illegal, whatever the. Case may be, illegal alien. Well, I'm doing that msn, you know, mainstream media take on it. Just like the food insecurity thing. Which means you're starving. So the settlers had food insecurities. Let's just put it that way. Where, you know, today these people are getting a lot of help. Too much compared to. Don't, don't, don't put them in the same category as people that had to do this completely from scratch. So I just wanted to, yeah, that's, throw that out there. It's like the definition was, it was a good analogy that, that really makes you think, you know, when people say, you know, somebody here illegal should, should be entitled to Medicaid and no food stamps and a free cell phone. Well, no. Should they? No. You know, so. Not when we have veterans living under bridges. Homeless. Exactly. No. So anyhow, so today a Chinese national, he overstayed his visa. He wound up getting arrested for exporting weapons to North Korea. An illegal alien who overstayed his visa. So what happens at the date that the visa expires, you become illegal. It's a no brainer, folks. But he's selling. So this guy, Chinese citizen Shingua Wen, overstayed a student visa and he told investigators that weapons for potential attack on South Korea, he was selling them. Right. And he got busted by customs because he was. Well, the whole, the whole scheme was he, he was. Well, he hasn't been tried yet, but he was only accused, but I mean, they kind of caught the guy red handed. So he was accused of exporting shipments of firearms, ammunition and other military Items that were concealed inside shipping containers going to North Korea via mainland China. Oh, no, I take that back. He was sentenced Monday, yesterday to eight years in prison, which I don't think is long enough. It'd be really interesting to see where those weapons came from. Well, because you had sent me an article, I don't remember, two weeks ago or something, about somebody suing. Was it California? I believe so. For the. For their son or daughter or. It was. Somebody in the family was killed by a firearm. That was. Well, that happened. Taken in from a buyback program from the local government or the government. So how did that gun get from. Well, the cops, government and sold it illegally. Where are all these guns? This guy was doing it. This guy was. This guy was pretty slick. Are they. They placed in an order for 2000 Winchester? No. They did. Did they really? Yeah. Well, not Winchester's, but the guy's 42 years old. He was in. He was living in Ontario, which is a suburb of Los Angeles. That's an old. That's an old student. Yeah, right. How long has he been in here? I. I don't know. Expired visa. So he was in federal custody since December of 2024 before pleading guilty this past June to one count of conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers act and one count of acting as an illegal agent of a foreign government, which was China. So what, he. He's a Chinese citizen. He entered the United States in 2012 on a student visa and remained in the US illegally after the visa expired in 2013. So he's been here all. And nothing happened to this dude? Right. 12. 12 years he's been here illegally in the US and what he did before entering the US he met with North Korean government officials. Now, who knows who they were at the country's embassy in China. So he met them in China, the North Korean officials, where they asked him to procure goods on behalf of the communist state. So what he did. And he had some co. Conspirators. They successfully shipped firearms and ammunition to North Korea by concealing the items inside shipping containers that were shipped from Long Beach, California through Hong Kong and then to North Korea. It's like, unbelievable. And nobody was catching this stuff. They caught him by accident. So on August 14, authorities seized two devices. A chemical threat identification device and a handheld broadband receiver that detects eavesdropping devices at his house. I guess they were, you know, something came up and the guy got on the radar. So then what happened was they. They got ahold of cell phone records and this dude was Actually texting the Koreans. So they actually, they wired him $2 million to buy stuff. The guy goes out and gets a federal firearms license. He's an illegal alien. He gets a dealer's license, an export license. Right. So now he's buying, he's having other people buy the stuff and he's. They're funneling it through this FFL with an export license to Korea via Red China. How long was this going on before the guy got caught? He was here what, 13 years? 12 years. So how long has he been doing this? How does that happen? I don't know but. Well, how come this isn't all over the news? No, exactly. But meanwhile gun owners, legal. Gun owners are bad. Well, at least he's not like driving a truck or something. Yeah, right. Oh, we'll get to that one. So he, he actually, with all the money it cost him$150,000 to get a license and a business license and all that stuff through another guy and they actually whacked him on like straw purchases because he was doing it illegally with like. But they gave him a federal firearms license. So he spent 150,000 for the license, but got 2 million. So he's up. Oh absolutely. Meanwhile, how much junk did North Korea get from us? And I don't know what state you're listening to, but go to your friendly family owned gun store and see what you have to go through to buy a firearm. Yeah, it's pretty crazy. And this guy's not only here flying to North Korea legally weapons, he's supplying North Korea with left with weapons with a FFL license given to in this country. Right, It's. And the North Korean government and the Chinese government were paying him to buy this stuff so they could. Nuts. Yeah, pretty nuts. Frickin nuts. I'll give you a pass on that one. Isn't that nuts? That's really nuts. Unbelievable. Then the next thing is that truck driver. And that's just one. That's just one guy. So how many more are like that. Me that the government is handing out licenses which leads into the next thing that we're going to talk about. Right? This is like just crazy. Right? I cannot believe it. The. I'm sure everybody has seen this. The illegal alien truck driver from India, they gave him a CDL in California. And he was doing a legal turn on the highway. Yeah, did a U turn. Yeah, right on the highway. Just a U turn. And family. I guess it was a family. Three people wasn't three people was killed. And you saw it on the Video from the truck camera. And the guy didn't even react? No, like, nothing. I could just see him at the cop shop. I'm very sorry. Can I go now? Yeah, no, no, you're not going anywhere. So Gavin Newsom is blaming Trump. Oh, yeah, sure. However, he's the California is the one who gave out the cdl. So the guy couldn't even, like, read English. So how's he going to read a sign? No U turn. So he makes a U turn on a major highway. Right. I don't know if they do that in his country. But you're not supposed to do it here. No, I mean, how many? And if you probably came here legally, you probably would have known that. You would think you got your license legally. Got your CDL license legally. So this guy, Harjinder Singh, was arrested on Saturday in Stockton, California, on three counts of vehicular homicide. And he entered the United States illegally, and his work authorization was rejected under the Trump administration on September 14, 2020. So Gavin Newsom, on the other hand, is saying that it was. That the whole thing is false and that he's in the United States. Where was it? Oh, where'd it go? Where'd it go? Where'd it go? Oh, no, I printed out the same. Same thing twice. But he, Gavin Newsom was saying that Trump, because of Trump's policies, that. That's why he got the cdl. However, there are no federal CDL licenses by the state. The state. Right. And like, I know in Pennsylvania, I know some truck drivers with a cdl, and these guys have to go through some stringent training. And then if you want to get the. The next level where you're taking hazardous. Materials and stuff, there's all these different levels of cdl. Commercial driver license. Yeah. And then somebody was in, we're talking about it, and they're like, you know, CDL from the state. That person could have been driving a school bus. Oh, yeah. Could you imagine? Yeah. And then did something like that. Killed a bunch of kids. Right, Exactly. It killed three people as it was. So Gavin Newsom's blaming the Trump administration for this, when in fact it was his Department of Motor Vehicles that issued this license without any kind of test or anything. Your mommy is California sanctuary state. It is. Damn. Another conspiracy theory laid to rest. Yes, sir. Unbelievable. So three innocent people were killed. And in Florida, no less. This guy drove from California all the way to Florida on a CDL that was just given to him without any testing or whatnot. And I've heard that from Truck drivers. It's like, I don't know if you've noticed, but on some of these major highways, these truck drivers are out of their mind. Oh, yeah, absolutely. You got to really be careful. I mean, you had to be careful before, especially, you know, when the weather. Was bad or something, you know, but now it's crazy. Yeah, it's nuts. But my truck driver friends are saying that they're seeing a lot of illegals. There's one guy, he drove from here, Pennsylvania to Michigan to take a load, and, you know, he backed into the loading dock and there was some illegal guy, well, a foreigner with a CDL in a big rig, and he couldn't back up to the loading dock and asked my friend to do it, and he said, absolutely not. I'm not gonna do that. Right. So what did. What it. Well, somebody from the loading dock came out and backed the truck up for the guy. Unbelievable. But that's crazy. So he's on the highway. Right. And he can't even back the truck up. Correct. And he has a cdl. Correct. Yeah. So the good, good part, possibly that could come out of such a tragedy to stop this. From what I hear, ICE is talking about going and starting focusing on way stations and going from there to check to make sure everybody's. Everybody's legal, has a legal cdl. So there may be some truck driving jobs opening up across the nation. So three innocent people were killed in Florida because Gavin Newsom's California DMV is issued an illegal alien. Now this, this one commercial driver's license is getting all the. The press. But I did see another. Another video or something similar. Same thing happened. The guy was making a illegal turn. And I don't, I don't know that everybody was killed in the vehicle where this one, it was. But what got me, this guy had like zero feelings. No. Yeah. Right. And there was some guy sitting next to him. I wonder if he was illegal. Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, it was all caught on the camera. You saw the car come flying in. That was nuts. Yep. And I guess there wasn't enough time for the guy to slow down and stop. Well, if you're not really watching and the guy just makes a U turn in the middle of the road. Yeah. Be like, you know, bad weather and the truck sliding and jackknife and. Or something. You're not ready for that. So. Yeah. Just really sad. Yep. Then another illegal alien Uber driver. Now how does that work? Because you're supposed to sign up with, you know, when you sign up with us. Supposed to have some kind of background check, aren't you? I. An Uber. I thought that was a. That's what I think about being safe. And then you need a Social Security number in order to get your 1099 at the end of the year. I. That's what I was led to believe. You know what I want? I want someplace that I can type in my Social Security number and see. How many people have it and see. How many places that it's been used in the last year. That's what I want. That'd be cool. Yeah. Because it's all over. I'm sure it is. You know, all these medical places that have been, you know, the databases have been broken into and, you know, all the credit cards and all this other stuff. They use your Social Security number. You can buy a Social Security number. I mean, you know, I remember 25 years ago working in a plant and people talking about 100 bucks. Are you serious? Really? By Social Security number? Because all of a sudden somebody come in and they were in and now they're Josette because they became legal. So it's. Now I'm sure it's much cheaper to do it than it was back then. And the government was kind of watching back then. A little better now. It's just. It's a sanctuary city. It's a joke. Yeah. I mean, they're doing it for votes. Let's, let's. Yeah, let's cut to the chase. Well, it's a whole people in government. Government just want the votes. They want the districts loaded up with people. Doesn't. They don't care who they are. They just want bodies there so that they can stay in power. And that's the whole gerrymandering thing. So that's what it's all about. It's all based on the. Cut to the chase. All these people in government for, you know, 15, 20, 30, 40 years, that's what they've been doing. And it's wrong. Yep. And. Well, we've talked about that before. We need term limits. But who's going to vote on the term limits? The guys that need to get out. Yeah. Which they're not going to vote. More stuff. More stuff comes out about things like this and Schiff and I. I don't even care if it's Republicans. No, all of them just all these people that have supported them, all these agencies that supported them. We talked about last time about the news agencies. All of a sudden they're starting to turn. Turn because they've been quiet this whole time, and they've been pushing the nonsense, so they're implicated, too. So everybody's got to go, oh, I'm with you. So if this keeps coming out and people start being held accountable, there's going to be a lot of openings, and maybe we can make some changes, hopefully. So now, getting back to the Social Security thing, that was supposed to be strictly for Social Security, for your Social Security benefits, all of a sudden it became your ID number. Everybody and when they asked for it, like, at a doctor's office. I'm not giving you my Social Security number. Here's my driver's license number. You can have that. Right, but you're not getting my social number. Nope. Yep. And then they get all pissed off at you. Well, we need that for your identification. It's like, well, that's not what it's for. Right. And you can look it up. And what I should do is print it out next time I go to the doctor's out here. Read that. It's not required. Exactly. So this Uber driver, who's an illegal, got arrested for sexually assaulting a young woman and is now facing ICE arrest, actually an arrest detainer, after overstaying a visa. Another one, he had a visa, it expired. Now he's illegal, and he evidently sexually assaulted this woman. So she. This. This guy's from Lebanon, he's a Lebanese national, and he was let in under the Biden administration and overstayed his visa before allegedly committing violent crimes against the women. And she had been drinking, and he went and picked her up, and she was passed out in the car, and he did all kinds of nasty things to her. And here we are, but another illegal alien. And I'm sure it happens with citizens, too, but. So maybe, just maybe, you know, you hear all these numbers about crime going down in these major cities. Maybe it's because ICE is shipping out all the illegals. You think. Maybe they're not cooking the books? I don't. I. I don't know. No, I think they're cooking the books. Who? Ice. I'm just being facetious. Glib, Comic, droll, Witty. Yes, the musical. Yeah. But this girl, she was very lucky because her location, her. I guess they had. She had an app on her phone that she shared with her family. So it's one of those. I don't know if it was Life360 or one of those. And they could track her, and she was in some parking lot somewhere, and the thing wasn't moving, so they contacted the authorities, and here we are. Right. Well, she's really lucky. Yeah, she is. Oh yeah, absolutely. You don't know what would have happened better. Do you remember that, that other one there was last year, the girl called for an Uber and they're not marked. I mean the cars are not marked. And somebody had that blue light or something. Oh, do they? I've never taken one, so I don't know. Yeah. She got in the wrong car thinking it was an Uber and got killed. So. Right. Be careful out there. Right. Well, it's like the, the rentals, short term rentals. You know, you got all these people doing the short term rentals and you don't know who. They don't know who's there. But yeah, that just happened here. There was a murder a couple months ago. It was a short term rental Airbnb thing and a bunch of trende Araguas. Oh yeah, that's right. They rented this house for the weekend for one of their buddies. Birthdays. His birthday was getting killed. They. They shot him to death in this rental property and happy birthday. And then they split. Right. I mean they all got arrested eventually, but. Right. They didn't get let out. I don't know. Okay, I'll have to look into that. Yeah, I honestly don't know. Wouldn't surprise me. No, wouldn't surprise me either. But that's been going on a lot. Yeah. So I mean, even like where I live, they have short term rentals, which I am really against. And I mean the development, the, the association makes too much money from the rentals. Right. So it's all about the cash. Absolutely. And it's just, it's bad because, I mean, some of the people are okay. Oh, sure. Yeah. It's the bad ones every once in a while, the troublemakers. And it's a real drag. Yeah. It affects the whole community. Absolutely. You know, and it's, it's unfortunate, but they always end up in the same location pretty much. Right. It's that same house or. Yeah, absolutely. There's one house directly across from me that's on a stream that feeds the lake and guys doing short term rentals. And two o' clock in the morning I hear, I'm hearing lake. Like what the heck is that? So I get up, woke me up and I'm like trying to find this noise. The dogs are sound asleep. They're not part my wife sound asleep. And turns out it was the house across the street. I mean it's like 300 yards away. I mean it's far, right? Yeah, it's not like next door? No, no. I mean, we're out in the woods. And so. So I'm thinking, well, is it the homeowner? So I go outside, and then it was deafening. And the guy had. Well, I walked over there. I didn't walk up on him. Cause I didn't know if it was the homeowner or if it was a rental per. I didn't know who was there. So this guy is sitting out on a deck facing the stream with these two big, huge tower speakers cranked. And it was the bass that woke me up. Okay. And I was thinking, this is nuts. So of course I call security and I get a recording because they're only there until midnight. The guy's driving. Nothing happens after midnight. No, nothing ever. Ever. And then. So I got dressed, I videoed, you know, this thing. I mean, the whole house is lit up like a Christmas tree, right. And the guy's sitting out there in a deck, you know, with these speakers. You know, he's having a drink. I mean, he's having fun. Yeah, Right, right. But still be considerative. Exactly. So I drive all the way out to the entrance where the guard booth is, and I stick my phone in the guy's face, and it's like, do something about this. He goes, oh, I can't leave the guard booth. I said, are you or are you not a security person? I'm guarding the booth. Right. It's not like we're getting lots of traffic. I'll sit here and I'll check people in. You get in your car and go tell the guy to shut up. Well, I can't do that. That's funny. No, it wasn't funny. No. I didn't sleep that night. It is like how it's progressed at this point. I was just gonna say, even growing up, you know, I mean, obviously there were different groups that didn't, you know, may not have cared, but pretty much every. Everybody that I knew. You didn't want to get caught. No. Right. So after 10 o' clock or 11 o', clock, either knocked it off or went inside or something. Right now, just. People don't. They don't care. There's no common courtesy anymore because there's no accountability. None. And I blame the parents for that. Well, parents, society, whatever. Deal of the above. Yeah. Which is. It's people. It's people. That's all it is. It's. People have just let it go. And now here we are. What changed? We think they just got so concentrated on themselves that they just don't care. About others, you know, they don't care what happens. They don't care. They just want to feel good. They have their feelings and that's it. I mean, what else is there? Well, you have feelings, I have feelings, you have feelings. But you have to be considerate of others to be able to actually be considerate of others. But that's what I'm saying. So there is no consideration of others. Well, but how did that change? Where did that change? Well, family obviously, but also community. Growing up, your parents knew before you got home? Oh, absolutely. What was going on? Absolutely. Because somebody told them or multiple people told them within the community. In my neighborhood, whether it was school. Or town or neighbors or. Well, in my neighborhood, I don't know if it was like this where you grew up, but all the neighbors knew. I mean it was like family. It was like one big family and each one of the parents in the other houses. Right. My friend's houses, they had permission from my parents. Punish me. Right, right. Yeah. And now, you know, they segregated everybody into little, their own little island that it doesn't get around. So people just get away with whatever they can. I guess it's kind of sad. Yeah. If you have, if you have any ideas on this one, if you have your own Pod pinion, put it in the comments. Yes. Because I'm sure we can get really. Interesting, you know, comments because how did that change? Right. And why. And I don't think it's just one thing. I think it's multi, multitude of things. But you know, I'm just curious what. You guys have to say about it. Yeah, you know, let us know. And then the. Another illegal alien. Well, multiples up in Boston. The mayor is going nuts. This woman is crazy. Right. It's another sanctuary city and she's going off on Pam Bondi over a sanctuary warning. So Pam Bondi said that if they don't start following federal law with all these illegals that they're not going to get any money. Right. So what's happened is in Boston, these crimes that illegals have been doing are against children like rapes and for example. Well, Michelle Wu is the, the, she's the mayor up there and she's going nuts over, over Pam Bondi saying that she's threatening potential withholding of federal funds or civil action if the city doesn't cooperate with federal immigration enforcement. So it's like California and all these other places. So a kid under the age of 16 was allegedly raped at a migrant shelter by a Haitian national. 16 year old kid. Right. And Then the guy, Bernard Alvarez, was arrested In August, in 2024, according to ICE's Boston field office, then a 10 year old was allegedly molested by his neighbor, a Haitian migrant or illegal in a Boston suburb. And that guy was 18 years old and he was arrested this past September on, you know, raping a 10 year old. I mean this is sick, twisted stuff, you know. And this woman Woo is okay with that? Yeah, she's fighting for it. Why? Yet you can go on the app and see all the sex predators right, in your community or area, but people are fighting for these people. I don't get it. It's, it's like, I mean this goes. On and on and on backwards. I got like all these pages of all these different people who are illegal aliens that got arrested for raping kids and this woman. And not only is okay, not only okay with it, but she wants to fund them more. Right. And use the federal tax dollars. This is twisted. Exactly. Really twisted. And I blame the people of Boston for voting this bitch in. And that's what she is, she should be in jail for allowing this to happen. Absolutely. That just because you don't live in Boston or even Massachusetts. The problem is the federal tax money is taken from all 50 states. So everybody in the country is funding this stuff. It's crazy. By paying your federal taxes, you're funding this stuff. It's got to stop. So don't give the excuse. Well, it's not near me, it's not my. I don't care. You're funding it, so you gotta help stop this stuff. It's gotta stop. And it's just nuts. It really is. Well, that, that Mayor Woo should. Yeah, well again it's power. She wants to remain elected, so she wants as many bodies, 10 year old can't vote and a 16 year old vote. But the 18 year old and whatever age this other one was, if they can get somehow for these people to vote, that's what they're looking at. They don't care about the 10 year old, can't vote yet. Maybe in eight years, maybe, maybe they'll talk. Well, there's one guy who's a Haitian, what was his name? Avila Jara. He was originally deported in 1996 and somehow came back. Right. So he's been up in Boston and he's another Haitian and he went on and they finally arrested him. Right. For raping. There were actually 17 different charges of violating minors. Right. And he went on this expletive like rant, blaming Trump for all of his problems and he, you know, he's like, you know, f you, Donald Trump. And then thank you. Oh, Biden, thank you. By, you know, Obama. Thank you. This one. Thank you. Are you kidding me? Yep. But that's their mentality. I mean, I hope to God the guy winds up in jail and the rest of the prisoners like do him in. I have a hard time wanting him to go to jail. I want to go to jail someplace else. Oh, absolutely. I don't, I don't want to pay for his stay there. I don't want. No, because then it's on our diamonds. Just get them out of here, whatever happens, whatever. But I, I don't want to be. Paying for sending them here in Pennsylvania. I think, I think you heard the conversation earlier today. There's a prison guard, right. For talking and at the county correctional center. So people there are held maximum of two years. So there's this woman that's incarcerated for. Going to too much detail, but wouldn't go into too much detail, but I. Should or I should, shouldn't. Okay, yeah, we'll leave it alone. Yeah. Anyhow, what happened was this woman was. She was pimping at her two kids. Allegedly. Allegedly. Well, no, she was convicted. Okay. So. Yeah. 10 years old and 12 years old. That's crazy. So I guess somebody that's even. It's not a question of legality whether she's here legal or not. No, it's just twisted. So it happens all over. But it's like the illegal shouldn't have, it shouldn't have happened at all. But somebody's going to take the comparison. But somebody's going to take the comparison of. Well, it happens here anyway. Yeah. So what does it make the difference? It makes a big difference because it's one less, one less kid getting right. Or two less for these two, the 10 year old and the 16 year old. Well, my point was somehow the other inmates found out about this and beat the daylights out of her in the bathroom. So I'm hoping that's what happens to these, these disgusting pigs in Boston. Right. I didn't realize she was convicted. I thought she was just. No, no, she was convicted, put away. That's why I said don't. Yeah, right. No, no, she was convicted. Okay. But. Yeah, just crazy stuff. But. So all the people that are saying, oh, these poor migrants. No, sorry, they're not poor migrants, they're disgusting animals. And what, what happens is again, nobody's paying attention. Nobody's looking into the people in charge of these cities, the mayors, the governors, governors the. All these people that are making money by being in power by allowing this stuff to happen. You don't allow this stuff to happen to make your community better. You're doing it to make money and you're doing it for wealth. That's the only reason that, that, that's the only thing that I can think of. There's nobody living under a bridge doing this as far as, you know, promoting free sanctuary city stuff for everybody. And I'll pay, you know, the couple dollars in my pocket in taxes to fund it. That's not happening. So you're. It's, it's money. That's, that's. And you know, what do they say? Money's a real evil. Right, Absolutely. So. So on that note. Yeah. Debbie Downer over here. But hey, go get yourself a drink of cold water. Yeah, right. Nice ice. Have some shrimp. Ice water and shrimp. Yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna have to find some. It's hard to find some good stuff. It is. You know, all this stuff coming out and us. Yeah. I don't know, it's like. Well, eventually it'll get better. I sure hope so. Like I said, I saw all these pictures and videos of citizens being happy walking down the street in D.C. and stuff. Which is great. Yeah. That it's finally getting cleaned up and. They'Ve experienced this side and now they're gonna get the experience aside. But meanwhile I have these looney left musician friends that are saying that they're. They're. It's martial law in dc. Yeah, that's right. They can live in that world. Yeah. I'll live in a world I can walk down the street at 8 o' clock at night not worried about getting mugged. Absolutely. You guys live in this world. So that's their reality. I'll live in real reality in my Pod pinion. No, it's a good pot pinion. And that's a good way to be, you know. Good way to end it. Yeah, right. Absolutely. On an upbeat. Yeah, sort of. Kind of. Yeah. But thanks for watching. Yeah. Have a good one. We'll see you next time. Bye. Bye. follow button. is odpinions.
